An entrepreneur, investor and sports executive working at the intersection of media, wellness and culture. An MBA graduate of Oxford Brookes University, Rahul co-founded Polygel Industries and has played a key role in delivering some of the world's largest sporting and broadcast events. He previously led FC Goa, one of India's most prominent football clubs. Today, he is building Flying Fox Wellness, a fast-growing wellness and energy brand, while supporting initiatives that bring together performance, wellbeing and human potential.
Katy Saeger is a strategic advisor and venture builder working at the intersection of business, culture, and impact. For more than 25 years, she has advised founders, CEOs, institutions, and global thought leaders, including Apple, Nike, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, on leadership, reputation, communications, and growth. As founder of Harmonica, she helped guide brands and organizations through pivotal moments of scale and meaningful exits while serving in board leadership roles with Kiss the Ground and Harvest Series.
Today, through Clearlight Ventures and Evandr, she advises leaders and organizations on strategic growth and develops ventures focused on regeneration, innovation, narrative and human potential.
